About Me

Hi there. I’m Linda. I love writing poetry and just wanted to share some of my heartfelt poems and the beautiful photography of mother nature I snap and come across in my travels.

Since the age of nine I have been crafting, sewing, taking raw materials and creating beautiful items for the home. But my love of writing poetry is my passion. I’m retired now, and sometimes miss that hustle and bustle of custom drapery and interior decorating. But once I take-in the beauty and sounds of nature I realize this is the perfect time I can relax, enjoy and smell the roses and let the world pass me by.  🙂

I hope you enjoy my poetry and photos. Remember this: (as the elderly homeless man once told me) Everyday I open my eyes, it’s a beautiful day!  Take time and Enjoy!

  1. Thank you for sharing a piece of your world and the beautiful words with me. God has truly blessed you with a strong artistic ability. May you continue to be relaxed,so that your mind is free to continue to create such beauty to share.

  2. Hi Linda,
I was looking for a project for some vintage crystal beads I’ve salvaged from broken string necklaces and when I saw your wonderful butterflies I knew I’d found the perfect project. I’ve never seen anything like these, ever, and they would be great in my south facing kitchen windows. Thank you!

    • You are most welcome! Oh, I am so glad!! Great. You are going to be so tickled after you make yours. I have one of many butterflies in my east facing office window and you would think I’m having a festive party or celebration in here with the rainbows and sparkles from the sun’s rays on the crystals. You will enjoy them!
